Ministry Proposal Form

Have an idea for a ministry? Have you been appointed or volunteered to be a project leader for a ministry event? This form is the first place to start. Fill out all the sections below. The information will be emailed to our elders who will review the information, contact your for further clarification, and upon approving the submission, forward the proposal to our finance team who will cut and mail a check.

Funds that are disbursed this way are to be used solely for the objective for which they were granted. Those to whom the funds are released are responsible for obtaining and submitting receipts for all expenditures. In cases where receipts are not available a narrative of expense shall be submitted. Any unused funds will promptly be returned to the church.

It is our hope that providing funds in this way will not require our church members and volunteers to incur a personal financial burden for serving their church. If you have any questions about how to fill this form out please email us at admin@anchoredchurch.org
